The team took great care of us, quickly and kindly, they even helped us bring the tool box to our car. The day before we went to one of these locations in Lawrencesville and they were discriminatory. but it was a totally different experience here my family and I are grateful for your help

Harbor freight is known for cheap tools. It doesn't fail at that. But that's the same for all locations.
I have found a consistent friendliness and general understanding of the tools that far exceeds any trip to home Depot that you've ever had.
People tend to know what tools are for and how they work. Everyone's really friendly. You know, making eye contact and asking if you'd need some help.

It's a great place to buy tools and equipment for diy projects. I still have a working pressure washer and table saw that I bought over 5 ago.

Lauren seems to always be there to greet me everytime I stop by. The team is very helpful in finding items, answering questions, and even helping load the large cabinet into my vehicle.

This is still my go-to Harbor Freight location since I loved to the area! Its huge, there are plenty of helpful staff, and is well stocked.
You'll be hard pressed not to find what you're looking for and more!

My 2nd visit to a HF. First at this location. Staff is eager to assist and store is new and very well.kept and organized. I did purchase the Off Road jack, the purpose for this visit. HF has a huge selection of floor jacks. Special purpose and dedicated. Very impressive.

It's easy for people to denigrate people or a place, it's like the most popular thing right now.
Well it's easy for me to find the positive with HF. I needed proper securement to transport a forklift weighing about 9000 pounds. I believe the standard shelf stock at a HF store can can any rollback equipped.
They had four ⅜-½" ratcheting binders and plenty of bags of ⅜" chain. Got the badlands winch rope hoping I wouldn't need it, but the rusty old wire rope on my winch bound up and had to be cut off.
The next closest priced binders from a farm supply store would have added more than $100 to the bill. Throw in the 10% one time discount for applying for the HF credit card and that's more. I'm normally skeptical of the inside track thing but the chains alone paid the membership.

Well stocked, well lit, and well staffed. Wandered the spotlessly clean new store for while after declining polite offers to help me find a specific item. Of course a small rush of about 8 ppl appear and all try to check out at the same time as I'm leaving and staff handled the elevated energy with measured patience and calm. Including the guy in front of me that wanted to dispute his declined CC with the manager. This is my new tool & hardware spot.

Glad to have one near by or in the neighborhood, be prepared for sales people but they are friendly n understand no. I go here with my hubby but feel comfortable enough to go here by myself for DIY projects.
