This will be the first time in over 20 years that I’ve seen Pearl Jam, first was at Lollapalooza ‘92 (sort of 🍺) I also saw them in ‘94 at Crisler and I think ‘00 at Pine Knob.This show was postponed from 9.10.23 so we figured we would do it right with a road trip tailgate episode. This will be cool catching up with Chris Maliszewski, a PJ super fan. Unfortunately real life got in the way on this one, so cohost Neil Williams will not be coming along. We’ll be using a couple different guest host, first time since Kennedy Kaliszewski filled in for S1 EP17

I walked over 6 miles every day at Lollapalooza, every blister was worth it 🤣

Pierce the Veil was another band I wasn’t familiar with going into Lollapalooza but really glad I caught their set.I know they were just in Detroit with Blink 182 and heard they had a great set. 🔥🎸🥁

This is Friko (pronounced Freako) at Lollapalooza. They played on one of the main stages earlier in the day then another 30 minute set at the Toyota Music Den.I only heard about them a couple months ago, these guys are what Lollapalooza is all about. They are playing a sold out show at the Majestic Theatre in Detroit on 9.13.24 🔥

Going to be a great few days. The KGLW show is acoustic which is a big departure from their typical set. Detroit is one of two acoustic shows on the tour. First time seeing these guys.Been waiting over 20 years to see Pearl Jam again and they made us wait a little longer, this show is the make up date from 9.10.23This will be my first time seeing Avett Brothers as a headliner, and at the Masonic 🔥
